The Catholic Foundation in the Archdiocese of Dubuque is a non-profit, charitable organization that receives and manages assets to provide perpetual funding for the parishes, schools and ministries within the 30-county Archdiocese of Dubuque. The Foundation’s Board of Directors is comprised of Church, business and civic leaders who represent various regions of the archdiocese. Jeff Henderson leads the efforts of managing the day-to-day operations and stewarding the investment of assets, grants and endowment distributions.

In Christ, The Catholic Foundation in the Archdiocese of Dubuque assists donors to provide for the long-term needs of the Archdiocese of Dubuque. As such, our mission statement is: To sustain a vibrant Catholic faith in the Archdiocese of Dubuque through professional financial planning.

Our History
In 2011, Archbishop Jerome Hanus identified the need for a separate organization to hold assets for the future needs of the Archdiocese of Dubuque. Today, the Foundation services over 160 funds and manages more than $90 million in assets, all benefiting entities within the Archdiocese of Dubuque.
